I’m going to take a break from my mini-blog project to announce that the podcast I was talking about at the end of last year is finally up!

I have been interviewed for the podcast called the Business of Architecture UK, talking about how and why I have ended up leaving architecture and construction and moving into the world of tech and UX design.

This is my first venture into the world of podcasts, but I’ve had brilliant fun being interviewed by the Business of Architecture’s founder Rion Willard. Here is the intro he wrote about me, as well as the link to the podcast video.

If you’re interested in one former architect’s journey, want to know what architecture and UX have in common from someone who has been on both frontlines, wish to hear my musings on the interplay between the physical and the digital, or simply fancy some amusing anecdotes about my bumpy start in tech, please give it a listen!

I will come clean here and confess that because this is my virgin voyage into podcasts, I’ve spent far too much time preparing for it. Here is the cheat sheet I had in front me during the interview:

There’s a lot in there that I haven’t got round to chatting about on the podcast, so expect some of it to appear in this blog later this year.
